Freshdesk and Blogspot Integration Project

The problem
Customer inquiries were scattered across various channels with no central tracking system, and a lack of self-service resources meant repetitive questions.
What I did
I implemented Freshdesk as a centralized support system, configuring ticket categories and workflows for efficient tracking and resolution. I integrated Blogspot to serve as a self-service knowledge base, leveraging existing content to reduce repetitive inquiries.
Impact
Customer inquiries were centralized, making responses faster and more consistent. The business gained better visibility into issues and reduced repeated questions.
Acuity Scheduling Project
Appointment Scheduling & Client Booking Optimization
The problem
The client manually handled appointment bookings and confirmations, resulting in missed appointments, double bookings, and excessive communication.
What I did
I configured Acuity Scheduling to automate the entire booking process, setting up appointment types, availability rules, and scheduling preferences. I ensured automated confirmations, reminders, and follow-up notifications were in place to optimize the client experience.
Impact
Manual scheduling tasks were eliminated, booking errors reduced, and attendance rates improved. This saved valuable time and created a professional, seamless booking experience.
